Welcome to AI Compasss (aicompasss.com, the “Site”), operated by Yevhen Bukhinchenko, an individual entrepreneur located in Cyprus, physical address: Telamonos 20, Block C, 3055, Limassol, Cyprus ("Company," “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, any related learning platform hosted by Kajabi (the “Learning Platform”), and any digital products, courses, memberships, events, or other services we make available (collectively, the “Products”).
The Company offers digital products and tools to help users harness AI to save time and money.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY VISITING THE SITE, PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, OR OTHERWISE ENGAGING WITH US, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase Products.

1. Definitions

Term	Meaning
Company	AI Compasss, the owner and operator of the Site and provider of the Products.
User / you	Any natural or legal person who accesses the Site, purchases a Product, or uses the Learning Platform.
Products	The online courses, memberships, coaching, templates, and any other digital or physical items offered for sale on the Site.
Product Materials	All videos, text, audio, graphics, worksheets, templates, software code, or other content included with or provided in connection with any Product.
Learning Platform	The password‑protected Kajabi environment through which Users access Product Materials and interactive features.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a Product. By doing so you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Creation. To access Product Materials you must create an account on the Learning Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

Communication Consent. By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages related to your purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time, but doing so may prevent delivery of essential Product information.

3. Purchases, Pricing & Payment Processing

Prices & Taxes. All prices are as listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Payment Providers. Payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments and/or Stripe. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Payments. All purchases are one-time payments unless explicitly stated otherwise. We use third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Kajabi Payments, to process transactions securely.
Occasionally, we may offer promotional discounts or additional upsell products during checkout. All prices are listed in USD.

Free Trials. If we offer a free‑trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will begin automatically.

Upsells. During checkout you may be offered optional add‑on Products. Acceptance is voluntary and the applicable charges will be added to your order summary before payment.

4. Refund Policy & Cancellations

Digital Products. Because you gain immediate access to digital Product Materials, all sales are final and non‑refundable unless a specific money‑back guarantee is expressly provided at checkout.
Refunds. We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.

Exceptional Circumstances. In the event of a proven technical failure on our side that prevents access to Product Materials for more than seven (7) consecutive days, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit.

5. Intellectual Property License

Ownership. The Site, the Learning Platform, and all Product Materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual‑property laws.
Limited License. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product Materials for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any Product Materials without our prior written consent.
User‑Generated Content. If you submit comments, assignments, or other materials within the Learning Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Site and our business.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Share your login credentials or allow others to access the Learning Platform using your account;
Copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit Product Materials except as expressly permitted;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Learning Platform;

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

7. Disclaimers

No Professional Advice. Products are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. Your results will vary and depend on many factors outside our control.
As‑Is. THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND PRODUCT MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; OR (C) ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Products.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California, United States for the resolution of any such dispute.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Products and supersede all prior agreements on the same subject matter.
